Behavioral Health Interventions
Behavioral health treatment focuses on psychological health, physical health, their intersection and related behaviors and routines including eating habits, exercise routines, and substance use. We empower patients to live their healthiest lives by providing tools targeting general as well as specific health behavior improvements. These include sleep hygiene, increasing patient motivation to develop an exercise routine, as well as educating our patients about their chronic medical illnesses and how to effectively manage their symptoms (e.g. diabetes management). These services are offered via individual, family, and group therapy formats.
